What happens after I make a referral?

We will get back to you: Once you submit your referral, we will get back to you within 2 business days
We will have an initial conversation with you to understand your goals, preferences and support needs, and whether out service has the right expertise and availability.
If this progresses then we will organise a planning meeting with you and the people you choose to involve in planning your supports.
We will then match you with the right supports, including support workers or clinicians and ensure they have the right training and resources for you.
Supports will then start!
