Welcome to Thrive360 Care
Grounded in trauma-informed practice, we take a holistic and collaborative approach, specialising in supporting children, young people and adults with complex psychosocial and mental health needs, with a focus on safety and wellbeing. We provide NDIS disability care services, behaviour support & clinical services.
Our Services
NDIS & Disability Services
We are a registered NDIS provider and specialise in complex care that is trauma informed care and ensuring the holistic wellbeing needs of our clients.
We provide:
- Semi Independent Living (SIL)
- In home support
- Community access.
Areas servicing: South West Sydney, Western Sydney.
Child, Youth and Family Support Services
We are deeply passionate about providing care and supports tailored to the unique needs of children, young people and families. This includes collaborating with services and families around their goals and permanency planning.
We are registered to provide Specialised Substitute Residential Care, which enables us to support the safety and wellbeing of children and young people accessing overnight care.
Areas servicing: South West Sydney, Western Sydney.
Consultation and Clinical Services
We provide Positive Behaviour Support Plans, Complex Consultation, individualised care model assessments, environmental assessment reports, individual & group supervision.
Resources
We are passionate about creating and sharing resources to add to the tool kits of practitioners across varying roles, from support worker, to child protection and out of home care case work.

I’ve had the privilege of leading diverse and talented teams across Child Protection, Out of Home Care and Disability services.
I am passionate about making a positive impact for children, young people, and families. I ensure I maintain their voice and experiences in the services that I lead and implement, to advocate and create meaningful change to lives.
