How do I access services with Thrive360 Care?

Can Thrive360 Care support self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIS managed participants?

Yes. We are a registered NDIS Provider.

Can you support participants with restricted practices?

Yes. We are registered to support participants with complex care needs, including the implementation of behaviour support needs and regulated restricted care practices under module 2a.

Will the supports be personalised?

Absolutely. Thrive360 Care uses a person-centred approach, ensuring supports are tailored to your goals, preferences, cultural needs and most importantly for your safety and wellbeing.

Can I change or update my supports?

Yes. Supports can be reviewed and adjusted as your needs or goals change. We encourage regular check-ins to ensure services remain appropriate.

How quickly can services begin?

Service start times depend on availability and your support needs. We are committed to your safety and wellbeing, so finding the right care staff and ensuring they are trained in your personalised care needs, is paramount, but Thrive360 Care aims to commence supports as soon as possible.
